Obviously you want to make more money in your business. That’s why you are here. And that’s why you are in business. 


There are strategies all over the inter webs that may help you make more money in your business. 


It’s important to remember that not all strategies will work for everyone and maybe there are strategies that you don’t even want to try. 


Business is after all, an experiment. You are always experimenting with what works and what doesn’t work in your business. Most of the time you won’t even know what works or doesn’t work in your business until you try it. 


You will, however, know which things just aren’t for you, whether they will work for you or not. 


Here are some strategies that may help you make more money in your business: 

Strategy #1: Set up a tripwire product


You have an opt in to help you build your email list, so create a trip wire product that is the next step up from that opt in. 


This tripwire can be a product you already have. Then when someone opts into your list, for a limited amount of time, usually about 10-15 minutes, they can get this tripwire for half price of what it normally is. After the time is up, they can only purchase this product for the regular price going forward. 


(Yes you will most likely need some software like Deadline Funnel to do the 10-15 minute limit.)


Trip wires are a quick easy way for you to make more money in your business. 


When you run ads to your opt ins, having a trip wire is an easy way to make money and at least break even on your ad spend. 


Strategy #2: Include a no-brainer bonus with your offer


People buy because they crave having value offered to them. 


What can you give with your offer that will make people say they absolutely have to buy your product or course? 


What courses and products have you bought in the past that you absolutely had to have because of the bonuses that were offered? 


The value of the bonus and how much it can help them with your course or product can be priceless. And it can also be the reason why people will pull that trigger and buy from you. 


Strategy #3: Build a funnel process for your customers to go through


You have the tripwire mentioned above, you should also have a whole funnel process or suite of products for your customers to buy from you. Each product will build off the prior product. 


Now don’t just go through the funnel selling in every single email. Give your customers more value. 


Show them what they are getting when they work with you and continue to buy from. 


The more value you give them in your funnel emails, the more they will want to know what goes on in your paid stuff as well. 


Strategy #4: Include a Coupon Code as an Opt In


Not only is a coupon code as an opt in a great way to help build your email list. 


It’s also a great way to make more sales. 


When someone gets a coupon code, they obviously want to use it. Therefore, you are now making sales from these new people who are opting in to get the coupon code. 


You want to make more money in your business. 


You need to keep experimenting and finding the things that work for you. 


Maybe you only need one thing that you sell in your business. 


Maybe you need a whole suite of products and courses that people can buy from you. 


It’s your business, it’s your rules. You get to decide what you do and don’t do in your business.
